Get Merged Column Range

I am working with thousands of spreadsheets that are basically set up the same but differ a little bit in some areas. There is some text that is merged in a range of columns. Under this merged text, there are some sub-columns. I would like to get the range of columns that the merged text is taking up and then gather all data from the columns beneath it (if this is even possible).

Picture of what I’m trying to access.. So I would like to get the three columns that are under “User Account Type & Access Right Information.” This merged text sometimes takes up more columns than this one, hence why I am trying to do this. Right now I am just able to grab the column and row indexes of the cell that I am looking for.
