Powershell request[I have duplicate sam accounts in two separate domains]

I have two domains, one that is used for the GAL of as linked master ad accounts, and one domain that we put in ad information into. I’d like to take the one domain properties such as title, description, of ad users and migrate those to the otherdomain for accounts that have the same SAMAccountName. this would accomplish the GAL in exchange to be filled out on the other domain side
