How to modify elements of a GUI-based Powershell Script?

I’ve been looking for a POSH script to create Active Directory and Office 365 user accounts and stumbled upon Active Directory User Creation tool 1.2 on the Technet Script Center. It is a Windows Forms based Powershell script and that page says the GUI was made in Sapien’s PrimalForms 2011, which looks like it’s been rolled into their PowerShell Studio 2016 app. I’ve installed that app but opening up the script just shows me the script’s text. I’m trying to find a way to modify the GUI elements aside from having to do it manually via the code.
